This is why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion specialist Trevor Jenkins created Unfiltered Conversations. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are not just about people being seen or quotas being filled, it is also about people being heard and environments being authentically changed and made more competitive, and more innovative through DEI specialist like Trevor.
